These principles (based on the book of Philippians) shall serve as guides for the Servants of Share Ministry in dealing with his/her co-servants, partners and beneficiaries.
We recognize God as our Master and Great Teacher. We submit to His will and plans and we give glory to His Name in everything that we do and accomplish.
We love God and we partner with Him in preaching the gospel courageously and fearlessly.
We are one in spirit and purpose. We stand united in faith believing that "he who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus".
We work with gentleness, tenderness and compassion. We look out for the interests of others, especially the disadvantaged children.
We always have a rejoicing, hopeful, thankful and prayerful heart, in whatever circumstances - and will continuously practice these positive attitudes.
We love, build, support and pray for each other through the help of the Holy Spirit.
We live harmoniously and humbly embracing the attitude of Christ Jesus.
We take on the challenge set by the Lord without complaining and arguing, but instead trusting in His perfect plan for us and the people we serve. We can do all things through Christ who gives us the strength that we need.
We forget what is behind and press on toward the goal, with full dependence on God's strength, faithfulness and mercy.
We believe by faith that "Our God will supply all our needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.”
